Tips: It's OK to say “I am enjoying my trip to Hawaii” It is not OK to say “I am enjoy my trip to Hawaii." If you use the verb, make sure to use enjoy + ing.

Also it's important to have an object. In other words, you need to mention the thing that you enjoy. It is not enough to say “I enjoy” this is not a complete thought or sentence. You should say “I enjoy it” or I enjoy (cooking, dancing, studying) etc.
